Miles and miles of highway... Behind us and infront of us! We've driven about 700km so far and taken a route through Slovakia then Austria. Soon we hit the border of Germany. Hopefully by dawn we might be in Switzerland (Geneva). We have another 860km left to our destination in France.
We stop approx. every four hours to let the dogs out and take a quick break, otherwise its constant driving. I always think driving through the night is just something you have to get used to if you want to be a musher, or a handler come to that.
Well, I'll be back again when we reach our destination where we'll have the race vets check over the dogs in preparation for the big off on Sunday.
